Rules & Regulations

Noise should be kept to a minimum between the hours of 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Children under twelve (12) years of age using the common amenities must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult.

No Umbrella poles, lounge chairs, tents or awnings are to be placed in the grass.                    Guests who have umbrellas are asked to use them on the beach so as not to overcrowd the pool deck area.    No reserving POOL DECK furniture.

To protect/preserve the property please shower & rinse all sand off before getting into the swimming pools. Please do not enter the elevator, stairwells, walkways or your Condominium with sand on your possessions.

All garbage and refuse from the condominium owners’ unit will be properly bagged in heavy plastic bags, tied and deposited down garbage chutes.  Large items should be placed in dumpsters on ground floor.  If trash chutes are full, do not leave garbage bags on the walkway, take the trash to the dumpster rooms and notify the office of a clogged chute.  Do not force oversized garbage into the chute.

Bikes, skateboards, go-peds, scooters, roller blades are NOT allowed on walkways, sidewalks or pool area.

Sidewalks, entrances, driveways and stairwells must not be obstructed in any manner by order from the fire department.

No towels, clothing or mops shall be hung or shaken from balconies.

Nothing shall be allowed to be thrown or fall from windows, doors, balconies, decks, patios, or from hall doors.

Do not take carts into the units. Carts must be returned to ground floor stair areas for use by your neighbors.

No cooking is permitted on unit balconies or outside corridors EXCEPT with electric grills or small gas grills (no larger than 9” diameter gas bottles).

Washer/Dryer is located in the laundry room on the 2nd floor of the building.  Please leave the laundry area clean.  Empty lint filter on dryer after each use.  Please be courteous and remove clothing as soon as cycle is completed.  Use 2 tablespoons of soap per load or if using a cap to measure use no more than ¼ of the capful.  Too much detergent will leave clothes soapy and clammy and will cause the drain pipe to back up into the 1st floor unit.

PER FLORIDA FIRE CODE – NO HIBACHI, GAS-FIRED GRILL, CHARCOAL GRILL, OR OTHER SIMILAR DEVICES USED FOR COOKING, HEATING, OR ANY OTHER PURPOSE, SHALL BE USED ON ANY BALCONY.
